Craft Writers issues writing assignments to registered writers. Every assignment is issued and managed by Craft Writers, writers work only with Craft Writers, and all work is reviewed by our editorial team before delivery.
You must give accurate information, including an M-Pesa number registered in your name, and keep your login private. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, submit plagiarised or AI-generated work, or attempt to misuse the platform.
The following optional fees are charged through M-Pesa. The amount is always shown before you confirm the payment on your phone.
Paying a fee does not guarantee that you will be allocated any particular job or a minimum amount of work. Jobs are allocated by our administrators based on availability, deadlines and writer performance.
If you were charged but your purchase was not credited, contact support within 7 days with your M-Pesa receipt number and we will credit or refund it. Fees for access already granted, bids already used, or training already delivered are not refundable.
Follow each assignment brief exactly and submit through your dashboard before the deadline. Work must be 100% original. Submissions are checked for plagiarism and AI-generated content. We may request corrections, which you must complete within the original instructions at no extra charge, or reject work that does not meet the brief.
The payment shown on an assignment is credited to your wallet after the work is approved. You can request a withdrawal to your M-Pesa number from the Wallet page; requests are processed by our finance team.
Assignment briefs and materials are confidential. Do not share them, publish them, or reuse submitted work anywhere else. Once you are paid for an assignment, all rights in that work pass to Craft Writers.
